Do contracts renew automatically?
Yes. All contracts with a duration under one year are subject to automatic renewal unless the user submits a cancellation request within the specified notice period.
How can I cancel automatic renewal?
Users must contact Kalon Support within the required notice period and request cancellation of the automatic renewal. If no request is received within the specified timeframe, the contract may renew automatically.
What happens if I do not respond to the renewal notice?
If no cancellation request is received within the notice period, the contract may be renewed automatically according to the applicable terms and conditions.
What deposit methods are available?
